Reports to Field Operations Senior start-up& SIMOPS engineer, and OIM on siteCoordination andassistance with JUB Contractor MasterDaily coordination withOffshore Integrated Planning (IOP)He is NOC/FOPS representative.

Heis the authority on board JUB for any organizational and logisticaspect.

In the perimeter of the JUB, he is accountablefor:

• Reporting any event on JUB to HSE SA
• Facilitating day to day activity of JUB users in human ,welfare andmaterial logistics aspects· Ensuring proper record ofvisitors and what Company / department they belong to, and givethis input to IOP· Monitoring of personnel movementfrom/to the JUB, whether by helicopter, boat, personnel basket organgway· The movement of material from/to JUB, belongingto the different services accommodated on the JUB. (He is assistedby the JUB Contractor master and his crew)· Safety o/bthe JUB, by ensuring and enforcing, in cooperation with the JUBcaptain, respect of HSE principles / management, eitherNOC's or Contractor's (bridging documents willspecify which system is used, NOC's orContractor's). However, the JUB captain remains theoverall authority for any HSE aspect related to the integrity ofhis JUB· Verifying the application of the terms of thecontract with Contractor (safety management, catering, maintenance,audits, etc)

Ensuring compliance of the marine requirement, incooperation with the JUB captain (Contractor)· Ensureproper induction to newcomers on JUB.· Tools andinformation system used:
Integrated Offshore Planning, Da Winci(for booking) (To be confirmed)

• Focal point for OTl/OIMfor IOP planning / verification with 5 weeks / 4 monthsplannerEnsure that the POB control system on board the JUB (T-card)is applied by all personnel on-board the JUB,Report to HostPlatform Radio Operator the list of POB movement on the day beforea crew change,
• Updatethe daily record of personnelaccommodated on the JUB and report it on a daily basis to HostPlatform Radio Operator,
• Monitor mustering uponemergencies or drills, and give feedback to OIM HSE-SA
• Liaise with JUB Contractor Master for Company logistics aspects, inparticular boat approach, use of JUB crane and associatedcrew).· Manage deck space on day to day basis based onwhat has been allocated to NOC during JUB positioning onsitePerforms audits on HSEQ management (including Hygiene) on JUBExperiences:· Logistics ++
