MANAGER - ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE


Job Purpose:


To promote ethical awareness across the organisation for its employees and external stakeholders and to ensure that the organisation's ethical standards are complied with.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Establish an Ethics and Compliance function as the functional lead, reporting to the Chief Audit, Risk and Compliance.
Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and increase awareness across the organisation through communication and training.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, with emphasis on anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
Develop and investigation policy.
Manage the Speak Up and Whistleblowing hotline, and conduct all investigations as required.
Ensure adherence the Code of Conduct (CoC), including development and improvement to both employee and supplier CoC.
Lead the fraud and compliance risk assessment programmes working with ERM.
Maintain a strong business rapport with the management in particular with Audit, Risk, HR and Legal.
Provide Ethics and Compliance related support to Management as business partner and trusted advisor.


Job Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field.
Preferably with a CFE and/or CCEP qualification.
With exceptional communication and writing skills.
Significant experience in leading and/or conducting Ethics-related trainings.
Must have experience in independently leading ethics investigations and the like.
