    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a FinanceOfficer to take charge of the financial health of our company byadministering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

    Youshould be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations.
    Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accountingactivities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, andaccounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizationalskills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
    Ultimately, youll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financialtransactions and procedures.
    Responsibilities

    • Keepaccurate records for all daily transactions
    • Preparebalance sheets
    • Process invoices
    • Record accountspayable and accounts receivable
    • Update internal systemswith financial data
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annualfinancial reports
    • Reconcile bank statements
    • Participate in financial audits
    • Track bank deposits andpayments
    • Assist with budget preparation
    • Reviewand implement financial policiesRequirements
    • Proven workexperience as a Finance Officer or similar role
    • Solidknowledge of financial and accounting procedures
    • Experience using financial software
    • Advanced MS Excelskills
    • Knowledge of financial regulations
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Sharp timemanagement skills
    • Strong ethics, with an ability tomanage confidential data
    • BSc degree in Finance,Accounting or Economics
