Senior Creative & Visual Design Consultant


As a Senior Creative & Visual Designer, you will be hybrid creative that brings visual, design and experiential acumen to our products and services, presented across all advertising channels and social channels, as well as digital experiences including websites and app UI.

You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever
- changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with cross-functional team and inspire the team by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of marketing and product channels. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, or prototyping; showing, not telling.


Key Accountabilities

  • Help to formulate our internal visual design strategy and guidelines and ensure visual design excellence across marketing and digital UI channels
  • Oversee all marketing creative projects, from conception to delivery: o Lead on creative thinking as well as brain storming sessions for all marketing requirements ranging from campaigns to BTL material. o Develop and design layouts based on advertising paid plan requirements. o Coordinate release and processing of files at printer and prepress. o Working alongside the marketing team to set up a content calendar and execute on all content calendar requirements that covers key visual development, photography and videography including postproduction and editing.
  • Defining and strategizing ways on making the storytelling and demoing process of digital products better: o From creation and optimization of templates, optimization of Figma/XD libraries, and utilization of tools to deliver richer narratives o Contribute to new and extend existing design systems o Executing layouts, typography, iconography, color theory, compositions and motion design to design with artistry, creativity, and mastery o Receive wireframes and create corresponding highfidelity layout and visual specifications o Putting UI Mockups, UI Clickthrough demos, and GIFs or Simple Animated Screens together o Closely collaborate with business and technical teams o Create and organize production assets o Resize assets for different devices — tablet, mobile and web
  • Support Business Development department through preparation of workshops and presentation decks at all times of high demand.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years professional experience as a digital creative in an advertising and UX agency
  • An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in storytelling, content creation, campaigns, UI design and motion design
  • Expertise in ideating and executing advertising campaigns
  • Expertise in Figma, Powerpoint/Keynote, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Understanding of motion and animation software such as After Effects, Keynote's animation capabilities or other
  • Experience in mobile photography and videography for social channels
  • Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapidgrowth environment
  • Ability to execute high quality work in a fast paced environment strong adaptability
  • Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity to drive the design cycle
  • A selfstarter attitude that's comfortable with constant change
  • A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically and navigate ambiguity
  • Proven ability to think strategically with an understanding of longterm business vision balanced with shortterm realism
  • Proven track record in making things happen delivering results quickly and efficiently
  • A proactive cando attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously
  • Significant commercial awareness and the ability to quickly differentiate most impactful tasks/projects
  • Ability to execute high quality work in a fast paced environment strong adaptability

Salary:
QAR25,000.00 per month
