Your Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure guest satisfactionacross all Food &Beverage outlets. Maintain highlevelcommunication within thedepartment and implement policies and SOPs.
Lead Outlet Managers toenhance their respective outlets througheffective strategies andregular training. Stay informed about localmarket competitionindustry trends and benchmark with competitors.
Conduct qualitycontrol functions to ensure a consistent highquality of allF&B services. Collaborate with Chefs tocreate innovativeand marketable menus. Handle guest complaintscomments and requestsprofessionally and efficiently. Perform DutyManager shifts/taskswhen required and carry out other dutiesassigned by theManagement.


Requirements Your Qualifications:
Bachelors Degreein Hospitality Management Culinary Arts Business orrelated field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience as aDirector of Food& Beverage in a fivestar or luxuryhospitality setting. Fluency in verbal and written English isessential. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office programs including ExcelWord PowerPoint andOutlook. Indepth knowledge of Food &Beverage trends andbest practices. Strong leadership skills.
