Payroll Coordinator
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Update employee information to system
- Update reimbursement and/or payment details in the system
- Process payroll information timely in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with governmental or legal compensation requirements;
- Performs data collection and directed analysis in conjunction with any payrollrelated inquiries;
- Reconcile Payroll Run results with respective accounts every month.
- Keep close of all accounting activities as per Milaha process.
- Maintain records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner, including employee files, wage garnishments, payroll reports
- Investigate employee or manager inquiries by means of liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries;
- Generate payroll register for Crew & Divers
- Ensure bank queries, related to returned funds etc., are addressed on time.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or HR - Payroll
Professional Experience:
- 4 years in payroll, accounting, or related field
