Job Title :

Payroll Coordinator

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Update employee information to system
  • Update reimbursement and/or payment details in the system
  • Process payroll information timely in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with governmental or legal compensation requirements;
  • Performs data collection and directed analysis in conjunction with any payrollrelated inquiries;
  • Reconcile Payroll Run results with respective accounts every month.
  • Keep close of all accounting activities as per Milaha process.
  • Maintain records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner, including employee files, wage garnishments, payroll reports
  • Investigate employee or manager inquiries by means of liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries;
  • Generate payroll register for Crew & Divers
  • Ensure bank queries, related to returned funds etc., are addressed on time.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Education & Professional Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or HR - Payroll


Professional Experience:

  • 4 years in payroll, accounting, or related field
