• Ensure that candidates are ready to mobilize and a consent to be taken before applying for the above.
• Submit candidates' CVs based on your existing visa quota nationality, to ensure immediate mobilization once the candidate is selected.
• Ensure that you submit unmarked CV format, without any traces of Agency's name (including file name), logo, contact number, or formatting.
• Ensure the candidates are medically fit and provide QatarEnergy LNG Medical with the fit to work certificate.
• Submit the CPNF Form (best Competitive Rate) for each CV and the Salary History.
• Verify and collect any conflict-of-interest form signed (e.g.: any relative working in QE LNG or as Contractor)
• Provide references from previous employment for internal review (Must be from previous supervisor)
• Candidates from Qatar energy sector should be screened and reason for separation must be noted next to their submissions or names.
• If any of the current employees of QatarEnergy LNG wishes to apply a consent from the department must be provided before applying.
• In the event that you do not have any CVs to submit, please confirm receipt of this email and advise us thru email that there will be no submission from your end.
