About the role:
The Migration Specialist provides expert advice on immigration processes and assists clients in completion of all immigration formalities.


Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the government officials and always be updated on new procedural changes and regulatory positions.
  • Demonstrable and proven professional demeanor and service excellence.
  • Provide specialist and expert advice on complex matters in different jurisdictions (mainland, free zones) and government authorities.
  • Assist clients in completion of all formalities in relation to their immigration processes.
  • Assist with scanning, uploading, printing of documents.
  • Assist the team with Arabic translation of immigration documents
  • Assist with various coordination duties such as:
  • Accompany and walk-through client employees to medical examinations and biometrics when required (VIP, sensitive cases, etc.)
  • Attestation of documents at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice and other departments-
  • Issue New (Commercial registration, trade license, etc.)

for new established companies in QatarAbout you:
To be successful in this role you must have experience of Qatar immigration and Labor matters is essential.

Proven experience of working with Officials at the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Commerce and industry is also essential.


Also required:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Access, or similar software's.
  • High degree of focus on quality.
  • Proven problemsolving capabilities.
  • Able to read Arabic and translate immigration documents / forms into English.
  • Arabic speaking skills are essential.
  • Good communication skills and ability to convey detailed immigration process information verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use office equipment in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Experience of working in a busy corporate environment meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills.
  • Have the knowledge on how to use all government portals / Applications.
  • Full driving license
