    Job Description Being aHeartist means embodying and conveying the brand mindset throughthe values of commitment, adaptability and creativity.

    • Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of all type ofA/C & Refrigeration work
    • Record and analyzeoperating logs and utilities. Take immediate measures as necessaryduring emergencies in repair works
    • Responsible to workclosely with HVAC Technician when need arises
    • Carry outimprovement, maintenance and repair work on all building servicesand A/C & Refrigeration equipment's according tothe standards and requirements
    • Perform daily start-up,shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as perthe standards and requirements
    • Maintain tools andequipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work
    • Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms& keep the work place clean tidy and well organized
    • Attend to complaints from Hotel guests and otherdepartments
    • Consistently offer professional, engagingand friendly service
