Operational

• Pick up all joinersupon arrival to Hamad International Airport and drop off at theassigned company accommodation
• Pick up joiners fromcompany accommodation /hotel to Tower 2 building to complete theirjoining formalities
• Drop off to companydepartments/accommodation/hotel post joining formalities
• Transport new joiners for medical follow up or biometrics follow upat the CID Office if required
• City Tours/Familiarisationtrips/Accommodation viewing transportation for VIP joiners oncerequested from VIP On – boarding coordinators
• Safely transport the documents/packages to various locations in atimely, safe and courteous manner
• Maintain driver logsand complete pre-trip inspections. Maintain daily running chartsaccurately to have reliable records on the mileage done by thevehicles
• Maintain service and appearances of the vehiclein a good condition to acceptable standards so delivery timetablesare met
• Assist in the follow delivery/pick upinstructions and cater development needs as required
• Helping hand by supporting the department in maintaining personalfiles by updating, classifying and completing documentation within24 hours from receipt
• Other duties and responsibilitiesas requested by the Management About You
• You should holdHigh School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job relatedexperience.
• Experience working as an Office/DatabaseAdministrator for a minimum 2 years is essential.
• Youshould possess a driving license for this role
