Network and Security Operations team is responsible for highly-available robust and secure IT infrastructure for the organization. This includes expertise guidance and high-level support for the network and security infrastructure.


The purpose of this job is to manage the network and security infrastructure for multiple clients remotely/ onsite so that it is highly available, secure and fit for the organization's requirements.


Requirements Identification

:


  • Responsible for driving security incidents, changes and problems assigned to the Network Security Operational Team.
  • Providing professional, technical expertise as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing network & security project implementation activities.
  • Providing management, development and administration of network maintenance SOPs ensuring network controls, policies and procedures operate effectively and implement improvements over incident playbooks.
  • Responsible for planning, implementation and testing of the Disaster Recovery Plan, including leading the team in the event of a failure that demands activation of the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Responsible for handling daytoday Network & Security operations.
  • Ensuring escalated service requests & SLAs are processed expeditiously.
  • Maintain, Support, administration and installation /upgrades of production network security devices, including outside of working hours in an oncall capacity.
  • Contacting and dealing with external suppliers (e.g., logging support calls and followups with vendors/partners and drive the issue to closure).
  • Create and maintain network inventory/diagrams, SOP documentation.
  • Manage incident, change and problem management for Network and security infrastructure.
  • Position require support after business hours for incident and change activities.
  • Multitask, handle multiple projects/Task as a shared resource.
  • Position required traveling to the client location.
  • Coordinate and support for any Site visit activities at different locations.
  • Visit Datacenter for any site activity as per the requirement and SLA.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and client for device upgrades, Date Center migration, Device migrations, new device implementation, new technology implementation, existing hardware replacement, migrations.
  • Resolve ticket based upon the SLA.
  • Follow ITIL standards following Incident, change and problem management, policies and procedures and knowledge on information security best practices.

  • Ensures decisions are taken by self and group after reviewing available information while exhibiting reasonable foresight.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field &
    710 years of relevant fulltime work experience
  • Relevant professional Certification: CCNA/CCIE/ CCNP/ F5/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto
  • Symantec Products
  • ITIL
  • Experience is similar Security Operation Center

    Virtual firewalls and virtual Domain in FortiGate for each tenant and separating Security Domain.

  • Cisco AnyConnect, FortiClient VPN configuration on ASA.
