    Minimum of twelve (12) years'experience in commissioning design, construction, commissioning andstart-up of oil & gas processing offshore Topsides,Wellhead Platforms, offshore manifolds preferably with offshoreEPIC contracting companies.

    Minimum Ten (10)years' experience as Commissioning Coordinator/TeamLeader.

    • Multi-discipline engineeringexposure with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills isconsidered essential for the position.
    • Experience in offshore projects construction, installationactivities is strongly preferred.
    • Strongtechnical experience in commissioning of F&G Systems, DCS,ICS, Power Management Systems, Instrument air, Wellhead ControlSystems etc. in offshore.
    • RepresentQatarEnergy as Commissioning Team Leader for all assigned projectsin offshore.
    • Review and comment EPICContractor SOW pre-commissioning, commissioning and completionactivates.
    • Lead project pre-commissioning,commissioning and start-up engineering support services rendered byoutsourced contractors with the objective to ensure that all suchactivities are conducted as per QatarEnergy regulations, projectcommissioning
    procedures and industry bestpractices.

    • Reports to Head, Commissioning onall commissioning related matters under execution for successfulcompletion of commissioning.
    • ImproveQatarEnergy commissioning procedures, Initiate and contribute tothe commissioning deliverablesstandardization.
