Experience:
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in similar position in multi discipline projects. GCC experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling activities for the Project. Ensuring that projects, tasks, and resources are efficiently organized and allocated to meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Project management, working with project teams to create project plans, schedules, and timelines, project scopes, deliverables, and milestones, and ensure that projects are adequately resourced and monitored throughout the project.
• Effective resource management, assess resource availability, including personnel, equipment, and budget, and allocate resources based on project priorities and organizational needs. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as required.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations of the project.
• Coordinate with various department, such as project managers, department heads, and executives, to gather input, align priorities, and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor project and operational performance against planned targets. They track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate progress, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
