Education and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.


Experience
5+ years of work experience, preferably in Banking, BNPL or FinTech


Essential skills and attributes

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for crossdepartmental collaboration.
  • Sound decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Arabic, Hindi or Urdu verbal and written communication skills is a plus.
  • Demonstrated cross cultural communication skills.
