Analyzes operations to identifyareas in need of reorganization, downsizing or eliminations 6.Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of theexecutive team 7. Establishing and developing relations with seniormanagement and external partners 8. Reviewing all finance, FR andIT Related procedure 9. Liaison with Banks for Short Term and LongTerm Financial Arrangements 10. Preparation of Cash Flow and FundFlow Statement 11. Review of client contracts with respect toFinancial Terms and Conditions
