- 2year degree from an accredited university in FoodService Management Hotel and Restaurant Management HospitalityBusiness Administration or related major; 2 years experience in thefood and beverage culinary or related professional area. COREWORK ACTIVITIES Assisting in Management of RestaurantTeam
- Handles employeequestions and concerns.
- Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations aremet.

- Ensures allemployees have proper supplies equipment and uniforms.
- Communicates to Chef andRestaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and servicelevels.

- Monitorsalcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws.
- Manages to achieve or exceedbudgeted goals.
- Performs all duties of restaurant employees and relateddepartments as necessary.
