    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are seeking a self-driven, experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills to join a client-centric focused service team. Experience servicing clients in varying industries including not for profit, real estate, construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution a plus.

    Hybrid work environment.

    Responsibilities:


    • Assist with client audits, reviews and compilation engagements.


    • Preparation of financial statements and disclosures


    • Preparation of corporate, partnership, individual tax returns.


    • Supervise and review bookkeeping staff and engagements.


    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and best-in-class service.


    • Assist in training staff level team members.

    Qualifications/Experience:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.


    • CPA license (or pursuing)


    • 3+ years of recent public accounting and auditing experience

    Skills:


    • Experience using Prosystem Engagement, PPC Smart Tools, ProSystem Fx Tax, QuickBooks, a plus.


    • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel skills required.


    • Customer centric approach, strong interpersonal, analytical skills.


    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills


    • Self-starting team member with attention to detail.


    • Time management skills.
