    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    This is a senior-level position responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and revenue expansion. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in fintech-specific markets.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Identify Emerging Trends: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customer segments, and areas for growth in fintech-specific markets.
    2. Buid Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
    3. Negotiate Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage with strategic partners such as banks, financial institutions, payment gateways, and technology providers to create mutually beneficial alliances.
    4. Drive Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new deals, expanding client portfolios, and upselling or cross-selling fintech products and services.
    5. Customize Solutions: Collaborate with the product team to tailor solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
    6. Analyze Market Activity: Monitor competitive activity and industry developments to ensure the company remains ahead in innovation.
    7. Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company goals and create detailed financial forecasts and track ROI for new ventures or projects.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Fintech Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of fintech products and services, including digital payments, blockchain, open banking, lending platforms, regtech, or insurtech.
    • Financial Services Background: Knowledge of banking, payments, financial operations, and the broader financial ecosystem.
    • Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of customer needs, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
    • Sales & Marketing Techniques: Proficiency in creating sales strategies and implementing go-to-market plans.
