Responsibilities:

Create visual designs and marketing materials for real estate branding and promotion.
Design and produce highquality print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and digital graphics.
Work with the marketing team to develop effective and creative design concepts for various projects and campaigns.
Ensure that all designs meet branding guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute design projects, from ideation to completion.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong typography and layout design skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge of the real estate market and ability to create designs that effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of a property or development.

Salary:
Market related, plus commission.
