What will I bedoing?

As a BanquetingSupervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the set-up andclean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions in thehotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guestservice and financial profitability. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Supervise foodand beverage service throughout banquet functions to ensure qualityservice and product quality
• Assist with theplanning, organizing and execution of all banquet functionsincluding, but not limited to, breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons,dinners, cocktail receptions, galas, etc.
• Greetand welcome client representative and guests, responding torequests in a timely, friendly and efficientmanner
• Participate in and lead departmentmeetings
