- Review arrival lists to welcomeguests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) andanswer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcomefolders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, areadescriptions)
- Provide information aboutamenities, area and venues and promoteservices
- Anticipate guest needs and buildrapport with customers
- Offer assistance withcertain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, takingmessages)
- Address customer complaints andescalate to Guest Relations Manager whenneeded
- Record information in the logbookdaily
- Ensure compliance with health and qualitystandards
