Supporting Sr. Project Manager in day-to-day activities

  • Preparing all correspondences with the Client, Consultant, Subcontractors as well as internal departments correspondences.
  • Receiving of all incoming correspondences, submittals, drawings etc. and proper distribution of the same to all the concerned.
  • Preparation of all Submittals (Prequalification, Material, Sample, Shop Drawings etc.)
  • Maintenance of logs for all incoming & outgoing correspondences and proper filing of the same.
  • Updating of logs for all submittals on regular basis.
  • Coordination with Procurement and Commercial Departments for project related requirements.
  • Coordination with Client, Consultant, Engineers and Subcontractors on project related matters.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
QAR6, QAR8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
