TRS Staffing is currently working with a client in the Middle East helping them to find a new executive for their marine & offshore business.


This company works in shipyards, providing services such as ship repair, shipbuilding, offshore fabrication, and general oil & gas services.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years in the shipyards sector
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Knowledge of the ship repair, shipbuilding, oil & gas sectors
  • Middle East knowledge/some working experience
  • Good commercial and operational skills
