We are Swan Global looking for Microsoft Specialist - System Administration for Doha Location.

Salary - Open for discussion

Duty Hours : 10 Hrs / 6 Days


Roles And Responsibility:

Main Responsibilities:


  • Expertise and proven working experience with a large enterprise distributed computing environment
  • Expertise in Active Directory, GPO, Certificate Authority, DNS, DHCP, File server, FTP, and Exchange server
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange server migration/upgrade and administration
  • Group policy management and PowerShell scripting
  • Expertise in deploying and configuring SQL Always ON Cluster
  • Expertise in planning and implementing SQL Servers Always ON for DR
  • Should have strong knowledge in SQL backup and restore
  • Expertise in migrating databases between different SQL server versions, SP and CU updates
  • Administration of WSUS and monthly patch updates for windows servers and securing the environment
  • Administration of SCCM, SCOM is an added advantage
  • Expertise in server management of different versions (Windows Server 2012, 2016,2019)
  • Experience and good understanding of managing and administration of Virtualization (VMware) is an added advantage
  • Experience in OS/build upgrade from old to new
  • System Performance monitoring and server hardening
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and posse

Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience of minimum 6 years of directly related field
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.


  • Bilingual

  • Preferred but not mandatory
