    1. Perform invoicing activities, maintenance,and controls for QatarEnergy LNG Marketing (QELM) invoicingoperations in line with approved policies andprocedures.

    2. Perform and suggest preventive anddetective financial controls and accounting efficiency using globalindustry best practices.

    3. Identify and developnecessary skills andresources.

    Education


    •Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance /Commerce


    • Professional certificationlike Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant/ Cost& Management Accountant / MBA inFinance.

    Experience& Skills


    •Minimum of 10 years of experience in medium to large organizationwith adequate exposure to accounting & finance functions.Previous experience in similar capacity in an oil and gas industrywould be an advantage.


    • Knowledge ofsystems in a computerized business environment which includesknowledge and experience in MS Office packages, SAP or similaradvanced ERP system.


    • Invoicing skillsmust have been demonstrated in previous jobs and/orassignments.


    • Good written and verbalcommunication skills in the Englishlanguage


    • Working knowledge ofinternational invoicing standards


    • 5years working experience in an invoicingdepartment.


    • Competency in generalledger reconciliations and controls
