- Assist the teacher in the planning cycle and preparation of resources
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality education
- Provide assistance to students with special educational needs
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain records of student progress and behavior
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Requirements
- Experience working with Primary children is preferred
- Highly organized with good communication skills
- Motivate students to learn
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Below 50 years old (due to government requirements)
