    • Infrastructure Oversight: Manage theport's Infrastructure supporting Terminal OperatingSystems (TOS), ensuring its efficient operation and recommendcontinuous upgrades.
    • Cybersecurity: Implementand monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the port's ITinfrastructure and data against threats. Coordinate regularsecurity audits, system backups, and disaster recoveryplans.
    • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, andmaintain relationships with external IT vendors, ensuring the portreceives high-quality services andproducts.
    • User Support: Oversee the IT supportteam, ensuring that they provide timely assistance to port staff.Provide training on new systems andprotocols.
