• Convert to business from promotions,campaigns, target marketing, Direct Sales Programs, and processes Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Make customerassessment form before proceeding to order stage.
• Be the'voice of the customer', push the system ifcustomer is not satisfied with service.
• Maintain records onpricing, credit rating, couriers sent, and samples submitted tocustomers.
• Coordinate Pre order development of trims, packaging,and fabrics (if applicable).
• Co ordinate with sampling and designteam for new product development.
• Update & maintaincustomer database
• Design & proof emblems, embroidery, andlogo mats for prospects
• Help transition new customers to CustomerService Continuously qualify prospects by phone to keep databaseupdated
• Provide daily activity report
• Do competitor analysisand SWOT.
