    • Developand implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achievebrand awareness lead generation engagement and customer serviceexcellence across relevant platforms (e.g. Facebook InstagramTwitterLinkedIn).
    • Createengaging and highquality content including posts stories videos andinfographics showcasing properties market insights company cultureand addressing common user questions &concerns.
    • Manageand optimize social media campaigns including paid advertising toreach target audiences and achieve marketinggoals.
    • Monitorand analyze social media performance metrics identify trends andrecommend improvements to thestrategy.
    • Conductcompetitor analysis and stay uptodate on the latest social mediatrends and bestpractices.
    • Respondto comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionallyproviding helpful and accurate information resolving customerconcerns and maintaining a positive onlinereputation.
    • Fostera positive and engaged online community by encouraging interactionhosting community events and managing onlinereputation.
    • Collaboratewith marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with overallmarketingobjectives.
    • Contributeto blog posts website content and other marketing materials asneeded.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or a relatedfield.
    • Minimumof 23 years of experience in social media marketing preferably inthe real estateindustry.
    • Strongunderstanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g. FacebookAds Manager Instagram Insights)
    • Excellentwriting and communication skills in English and Arabic(preferred).
    • Abilityto create engaging and visually appealingcontent.
    • Experiencewith paid advertising on social media platforms is aplus.
    • Datadrivenapproach with a strong understanding ofanalytics.
    • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Enthousiasmfor the real estate industry and knowledge of the Qatar market(preferred).
    • Excellentcustomer service skills with a focus on empathy andproblemsolving.
    • Experiencein community management and fostering onlineengagement.

    Proven experience as a photographer or videographer, preferablywith a focus on mobile photography. Exceptional creativity and aneye for detail.
