Job Summary:
- Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance
- This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
- Guiding the walkin visitors to send their CV via an Email to HR Dept. The same communication to be followed with the telephonic enquiries for a job opening.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all the necessary stationery and materials
- Maintain office security by following the safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Maintain a warm friendly environment at reception
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Assisting other departments with clerical and data entry work
- Provide necessary reports of assigned responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience as receptionist
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- MS Office proficiency
- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in clerical activities is an added advantage
