Working effectively withinestablished procedures and participates in all important meetingsand workshops (e.g. weekly and monthly meetings, 3D Model reviews,Constructability, Construction and Completion SequenceReviews).
Strong ability to influence others who are notin his direct control to achieve Project objectives. Bringsolutions and provide support but not generate micro-management orunnecessary works to the Team and/or the BOP Contractor.
Be inventive to bring technical and execution solutions that favorsafe construction execution and transition to commissioningactivities.
Facilitate periodic meetings with the PMT andcontractors as necessary.
Perform other duties asassigned by Construction Area Manager. Dealing with ad-hoc requestsrelated to project operational and project logistics activities.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Managementor related discipline; extensive and varied experience can make upfor lack of advanced qualifications.
Trade school orindustry specific courses related to pipelines/piping constructionan advantage.
Technical background as a disciplineengineer, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or ConstructionSuperintendent, Construction Manager with solid Project Executionexperience .
Minimum of 12 years experience in ProjectExecution, with a strong background in fabrication, constructionand management of pipeline construction activities.
Extensive LNG and piping experience required.
Knowledgeof modularization, preassembly and critical lifts.
Experience within RLIC and with RLIC permitting systems a strongadvantage.
Experience with multi-cultural typeProjects.
Good organizational, planning, communication,and execution skills
Computer literacy (MS Office,SAP)
Developed coordination and planningskills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with theability to communicate with several organizationallevels
