• replace parts asrequired
• provide support, including proceduraldocumentation and relevant reports
• followdiagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up asystem
• support the roll-out of newapplications
• set up new users' accountsand profiles and deal with passwordissues
• respond within agreed time limits tocall-outs
• work continuously on a task untilcompletion (or referral to third parties, ifappropriate)
