One of the premier, specialist consulting firms in the Middle East is looking to further grow their Cyber Security practice by adding an experienced Senior Manager.

The Senior Manager will lead a team across engagement with leading financial services organizations, government agencies, telecoms providers and industrial services clients.

The position is based in Qatar and offers a tax-free salary, expat package including full relocation, return flights home each year and support towards schooling and certain housing costs (not a full housing allowance).

The firm has a stellar reputation in the region and indeed globally and they have been going from strength to strength in recent times.

They are looking to really expand their cyber team and this is a great chance for a senior manager to really build out the department with the full support of senior leadership.

• Be the leading client point of contact for multiple, concurrent projects
• Deliver high quality, end to end projects
• Be responsible for leading Business Development efforts
• Develop proposals leveraging internal best practices, coordinating across the firms global cyber expertise to find the right skillsets, and customizing the approach to fit the client needs
• Serve as performance manager for junior staff and provide guidance & mentorship as part of their annual goals and professional development
• Contribute to internal practice management initiatives such as cyber security training and knowledge sharing across multiple departments.
• Develop thought leadership by coordinating with global cyber studies and performing local cyber studies to highlight key focus areas in the region

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Cyber Security or a related industry
• 10+ years experience in the industry
• A professional certification such as the CISA, CISSP, OSCP, AWS Security etc.
• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) is essential
• The role is with a leading consulting firm and they are looking for those coming from a consulting firm or Big Four / Top ten accounting firm.
• The firm is looking for applicants with previous business development experience
• Mixed client sector experience is preferred as the role will cover areas such as financial services, public sector, industrial services and telecoms
