Claims and Contracts Support:
- Provide support in claims and contracts management processes.
- Analyze project documentation to ensure contractual compliance, with a high ability to analyze contracts and find weaknesses and propose solutions.
2.
Collaboration with Legal Teams:
- Collaborate with legal and project teams to address contractual issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for claims resolution.
- Knowledge of FIDIC and EPC Form of Contracts.
3.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on claims and contracts engineering activities.
- Document and communicate relevant contractual information to stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in presentation, argumentation, and negotiation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in claims and contracts engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with contract management principles and tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Legal Knowledge or Construction Law Knowledge and qualification is an advantage.
Job Types:
