What You'll Do

• Play a crucial role within a fast-paced and laser-focused recruiting team, responsible for managing multiple email inboxes to facilitate communication with external and internal candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and various other internal tesla teams
• Coordinate, confirm and track high-volume interviews
• Represent the Tesla Recruiting organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work
• Responsible for data entry updating the applicant tracking system and tracking/monitoring information for a high volume of candidates
• Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects
