• Provides site and operationsmanagement with candidate listings and nominations of candidatesfor project assignments.
• Research and recommendnew sources for active and passive candidaterecruiting
• Utilize Worley applicant trackingsystem as well as external tools (social media, job boards, textingsystem) to reach a qualified applicantpool.
• Maintains close contact with siteleadership and manages strict compliance with wage and hour,AA/EEOC, Sarbanes/Oxley, OFCCP, FMLA and ADA rules andregulations
• Experience in Recruiting/HumanResources specifically focused on industrial construction and/ormaintenance
