Job Responsibilities 1Provides supports implementation of all technical and engineeringstrategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customerexpectations for product development, quality, cost and delivery,maximizing efficiency, optimizing and driving engineeringexcellence.

Manages the Technical and Engineering function andquality of service delivery, striving for best in class productsand business practices to deliver to the customer'sexpectations.

Ensures to maintain a safe working environment withinCompany workplaces, and applying the Company Health &Safety Policy. Manages the engineering team on the project site,provide directions, strategy, daily/weekly/monthly tasks and workplan for the team members. Maintains good relationship with allproject key stakeholders and the engineering team member. Submitsweekly and monthly reports for the engineering deliverables.
Increases the efficiency of the technical team performance usingsmart approaches. Job Responsibilities 2 Ensures the quality ofdeliverables with minimum budget for the staff. Contributes in allimportant strategic decisions/ directions for project. Strongpractical experience with ability to prepare detailed methodstatement. Advanced Knowledge in engineering principles,techniques, policies, and procedures. Excellent knowledge ofmaterial engineering properties and local/global availability ofmaterials. Excellent technical skills and ability to organize andoversee preparation of technical drawings. Knowledge of ProjectManagement. Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge &Skills
