Financial Affairs,

Main responsibilities

  • Participation in the preparation of the Ministry's budget; In accordance with the Qatari law and regulations.
  • Followup and audit expenditures in accordance with the stages of contract implementation.
  • Follow up on revenue collection and suggest appropriate methods to ensure its collection.
  • Identifying financial risks and proposing appropriate solutions to overcome them.
  • Presenting initiatives to develop financial procedures.
  • Contribute to raising the efficiency of financial staff.
  • Provide professional advices and consultancy related to the financial performance of the Ministry.

Required Experience and Job Requirements:


  • Academic Qualifications: Holder of a university degree in the related field
  • Holder of a professional certificate in the field of work
  • Required experience: from 10 to 15 years.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

المسئوليات الرئيسية
- المشاركة في إعداد الموازنة الخاصة بالوزارة؛ بما يتوافق والقوانين والنظم المتبعة بالدولة.
- متابعة المصروفات وتدقيقها بما يتوافق ومراحل تنفيذ العقود.
- متابعة تحصيل الإيرادات وإقتراح الأساليب المناسبة لضمان تحصيلها.
- تحديد المخاطر المالية وإقتراح الحلول المناسبة لتتجاوزها.
- تقديم المبادرات لتطوير الإجراءات المالية.
- المساهمة في رفع كفاءة الموظفين الماليين.
- تقديم الاستشارة المهنية المتعلقة يالأداء المالي للوزارة.


الخبرات والمتطلبات الوظيفية المطلوبة:

- المؤهلات الأكاديمية: الحصول على درجة جامعية في مجال المحاسبة
- الحصول على شهادة مهنية في مجال العمل
- الخبرة المطلوبة: من 10 إلى 15 سنة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- الاستخدام المتقدم لتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسيل ووورد وباوربوينت وأوت لوك)
