    Mechanical Engineer will design mechanicalwork based on the Designs & standard QCS code to meetcustomer satisfaction & to get final authority approval.Also, carry out detail of designs as specified by design engineerto fulfil the clients need within the specifiedschedules.

    JobAccountabilities:

    ·Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, andcomputer-generated reports.

    · Conferwith engineers and other personnel to implement operatingprocedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technicalinformation.

    · Research and analyzecustomer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other datato evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements ofdesigns or applications.

    · Specifysystem components or direct modification of products to ensureconformance with engineering design and performancespecifications.

    · Research, design,evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products,equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applyingknowledge of engineering principles.

    ·Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faultyoperation, and to make recommendations to maintenancecrew.

    · Assist drafters in developingthe structural design of products, using drafting tools orcomputer-assisted design/drafting equipment andsoftware.

    · Provide feedback to designengineers on customer problems andneeds.

    · Oversee installation,operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines andequipment are installed and functioning according tospecifications.

    · Conduct researchthat tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation andperformance of equipment, components andsystems.

    · Recommend designmodifications to eliminate machine or systemmalfunctions.

    · Develop and testmodels of alternate designs and processing methods to assessfeasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applicationsand necessity of modification.

    ·Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production,including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, andoperation of product designs.

    ·Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, orextraction projects, and prepare contractdocuments.

    · Perform personnelfunctions, such as supervision of production workers, technicians,technologists and other engineers, and design of evaluationprograms.

    · Solicit new business andprovide technical customer service.
