• Have a thorough understandingofthe duties and responsibilities of theescorts.
• Manageschedule ofescorts
• Ensure team of escortsadequatelyexecute monitoring of un-cleared personnel (LN/OCN) intoareas andmonitors personnel while performing work. Makeon-the-spotcorrections as required.
• Ensure escortsareproperly verifying LNs/OCNs personnel are logged in and out allandpersonnel counts are performed before and after theyperformduties.
• Ensures all local base escortingpoliciesare followed by your team.
• Ensureescorts fullyunderstand and comply with site policies andescortresponsibilities.
