    • Assist in the preparation,production, presentation and service of all meals, ensure they areserved at the correct times, within the Company's standardsand to the agreed specification of thecontract.
    • Ensure that the control of rawmaterials and portions are to the Company's standards andensure all food is served at the correcttemperatures.
    • Assist the manager when requiredto plan menu's, rota's andorders.
    • Receive and check in goods againstinvoice for quality and quality
    • Ensure that allgoods are quickly and correctly stored away on rotation systemfollowing the rule 'first in, first out' andcomply with health & safetyregulations
    • Assist in the service of meals asrequired.
    • Maintain a high standard of hygieneand cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at alltimes.
    • Communicate well and demonstrate apleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service tocustomers and clients in all areas of service, which Sodexoprovide.
    • Participate in any necessary trainingand team meetings as required to complete job responsibilities tothe Company's and Client's standards & safety, food hygiene.
    • Work asa team to promote harmonious working relationships within theSodexo team
    • Assist at any special ad-hocfunctions, some of which may occur outside workinghours.
    • Report any customer complaints orcompliments and take some remedial action if at allpossible.
    • Report immediately any incidents ofaccident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or otherirregularities and take such or advice as may beappropriate.
