We are hiring
Production Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving all production processes and systems. They will work directly for the Production Controller who will assign them both short and long term tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, monitor, and improve all production processes and systems.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data collection systems are in place for all processes.
  • Ensure day in day out delivery of all production and plant targets.
  • Use generated data to make informed decisions, target areas for improvement and eliminate waste.
  • Set up and drive a plant wide 5S system.
  • Drive LEAN and CI projects and culture throughout the plant.
  • Promote a Quality and Health & Safety driven culture throughout the plant through the development and implementation of robust processes and systems in line with ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.

Other Requirements:


  • BS degree in a relevant Engineering/Management discipline.

5+ years' experience in a GMP or process driven manufacturing industry
:


  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in a production engineering role.
  • Experience in Middle east or Gulf Region preferred.
  • Façade manufacturing experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong sense of commercial awareness and project targets.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite & MS Project.
  • Strong working knowledge of Production Management/ERP software.
