The Contracts and Agreements Administrator is responsible for preparing reviewing coordinating and managing all company contracts and agreements ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution in line with company policies and legal requirements.Responsibilities
- Draft review administer contracts agreements MOUs amendments.
- Coordinate with internal departments legal advisors external parties.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies laws regulations.
