• Install, maintain, performpreventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools,appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters,etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-offvalves.
• Order, mark, and stock parts andsupplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log.Inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Enterand locate work-related information usingcomputers.
• Operate power lift. Complete thelife safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test andgenerator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarmsystems. Assist in development of disaster responseprotocols.
• Respond and attend to guest repairrequests.
