    Applies a depth of knowledge skill and significant experience to anInformation Management & Technology (IM&T) systemor service in order to resolve issues and faults associated withinstallation commissioning operation and performance of systems.

    Installs commissions fault finds and enhances performance for awide range of common and complex problems or wellunderstoodtechnical situations problems and issues

    Day to day support of IM&T Infrastructure including Cloudsolutions (M365 / Azure) Networks systems & ApplicationsRespond to work requests in line with Customer Service LevelAgreements (SLA s) Support the planning and prioritization on arange of IM&T activities.

    Support fault investigationtasks. Implement the successful rollout of new or changed SW/HW andupdate relevant documentation. Assist in the development of Systemsand Services. Assist in the continuous improvement on Systems andServices Responsible for the configuration installation andmaintaining IM&T Infrastructure Systems and Services insupport of the Engineering Development Environment Technicalunderstanding on system administration & knowledge of database architecture and supporting application layers Run andmaintain Engineering Software development environments Ensurereliable operations of network solution Customer facing servicedeskactivities

    Requirements

    ITILV4 Foundation certification AZ900 Microsoft Azure FundamentalsAZ104 Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate Requiresunderstanding of IM&T systems and the principles andapproaches that influence their performance. Requires a depth ofunderstanding knowledge and experience relevant to a specificactivity for example installation commissioning performanceoptimisation etc. Has a good understanding of how own activitiesintegrate into that of a technical team plus an understanding ofthe work of the design team. Will use technical knowledge ofintegrated networking systems to trouble shoot issues. Identifyproblems and implement workarounds and take ownership of root causeanalysis of problem process. Escalating to senior IM&TService Delivery Lead where appropriate. Requires goodcommunication skills; must understand technical instructions and beable to communicate technical information toothers
