Job summary
The Junior Buyer will be in charge of Contract and Purchase activities in compliance with TEEPQ / TGP referential. This includes receiving requests or scope of work from technical entities,clarifying and agreeing on bidder lists,
preparing the contractual strategy using Market Intelligence,Cost model,target price,
disscussing contractual strategy with the duet,
compiling tender packages organizing CFT/RFQ,negotiation as required along the purchase process.
- To verify that company contractual policies and applicable laws and regulations are adhered to especially related to ethic transparency.
- Negotiate pricing terms conditions ensuring best value for money.
- Evaluate supplier performance deliverables providing feedback.
