*WhatYou'll Be Doing: ** + Develop, manage, and/or execute allphases of the project controls effort (planning/scheduling and costanalysis) + Excellent skills in progress reporting includingschedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification andopportunities for improvement + Provides guidance, direction, andspecialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficultand complex project control problems + Coordinating with theEngineer in the review and integration of the schedule intoclient's database + Guide the Contractor in preparation ofthe schedule to be compatible with the integration requirements +Monitoring, adjusting, updating and reporting the cost plan, cashflows, works' progress accordingly and the consolidating ofthese results in weekly and monthly reports + Review and EvaluatingContractor's Extension of Time claims and verify theConsultant's recommendations to the Engineer Manage a teamof Project Control Engineers/Specialists who are qualified toanalyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well asperformance against an established schedule with criticalmilestones + Assesses the impact(s) of design/construction changesand schedule slippages + Oversees the development and maintenanceof an established system to show the hierarchy of plans andschedules; keeps project and company management fullyinformed
