We are looking for a dynamicTravel Consultant with great zeal for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking travel related arrangements for customers (individuals and businesses). The goal is to provide customer centered superior services so as to acquire and retain loyal customer portfolio.
Location:
Doha, Qatar
Brief Key Tasks
- Make Travel arrangements as per customer requirements.
- Suggest suitable route and most economical price with options.
- Organize and provide end to end solutions as per customer needs visàvis ticketing, accommodation, transportation, and related services.
- Provide travelers with relevant information and useful travel/holiday material. Upsell from Air Travel to Accommodation, Holiday Packages, Car Rental, and related services.
- Check all Travel requirements
- Passport, Visa, Health, Insurance, Covid19 restrictions
- Maintain Customer relationships.
- Make use of GDS Online tools
- Maintaining updated Traveler Profiles.
- Other related jobs as advised by Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant
- Excellent knowledge and fluency in use of GDS such as Amadeus and Galileo
- Proficiency in Oral & Written English with Arabic language being additional advantage.
- Excellent sales skills and customer aligned approach.
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Relevant field education certification, diploma, degree
- Must Have Valid NOC
- Immediate Joiner preferred
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
