A UHNW Family based in Doha is looking to hire a Butler for one Principle.


Duties:

Manage the family private belongings such as wardrobes, clothing, garments, private bathroom and toilet including amenities, toiletries, perfumes and other personal use.

Take care all private space or private living area for the furniture's, appliances and decorations.
Upkeep of valuables, antiques, and artwork.
Running errands.
Travel planning preparations and packing personal belongings.
To identify and anticipate family needs and ensure personalized service is provided.
To ensure that all requests from family and guests are made possible and are followed up.
To fully understand and have knowledge of all services, technology appliances, amenities, functions & systems.
To provide Food and Beverage Services as required.
Have close communication with the Chefs and waitresses for any special food requirements of the family.
Respect family privacy and do not discuss private information with colleagues & others.
Ensure all unattended valuables and belongings inside the palaces are noted and informed the concern person about the same.
Demonstrate discretion and courtesy when entering into the private space of the family.
To assist guests regarding palace facilities in an informative and helpful way when required.
Ensuring efficiency, harmony, and high morale throughout the household.
Plan and organize all family social events e.g. meetings, reception, afternoon high tea and other social events.
Meet guests when they arrive and assist them in the specified area/place when requested.
Ensure that all meals, snacks, refreshments beverage are up to the standard.
Caring for silver, china, antiques and other specialist items.
Prepare monitoring stock and inventory of HH products use.
Floral arrangement.
Ensure that checklists and SOPs are actively used and followed to maintain efficiency and consistency in operations.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned out of the list.
Remain well-groomed at all times.

Understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations of the property and palace policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanour.
Other duties as assigned and required by the family.

REQUIREMENTS:


WORKING HOURS
6 days per week, 8h per day


SALARY OFFERED
$4,000 - $7,000 monthly
depending on experience + benefits
