    • This role is related to aSCADA/EMS and DMS site support engineer in charge to maintain intoan operational condition the SCC control systems, it include alsotechnical assessment, investigation, troubleshooting, correctionwith support from the regional team.
    • Performthe required activities assigned by the project technical lead forthe activities at site in Bahrain (SCADA/EMS/DMS and preventive orcorrective maintenance) with support from local and regional team,ensure that work is completed in-line with the procedures in placeand meeting COMPANY contractualobligations.
    • This role will also have a highdegree of 'hands-on'activity.
    • Contribute to project executionthrough continuous improvement via the adoption of global tools andprocesses and cost competitiveness actions such asJira.
    • Works directly with the customer or hisrepresentative to resolve any technical issues that may develop.Anticipate and keeps customers abreast of technicaldevelopments.
    • Contribute to SWS projectexecution related to maintenance under the scope of EMS /DMS/SCADAsoftware and hardware, and Third party to meet the contractualobligation in terms of response time and resolutiontime.
    • Prepare project documentation, methodstatements, technical procedures, test and quality proceduresrelating to the work in the controlcenter(s).
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports ofmain actions performed and main problems identified (with differentsolutions possible) for the weekly meeting with the customer or hisrepresentative.
    • Perform periodic AGC / EDtuning and ensure that is working as per siterequirements.
    • Follow-up Network and Generationand Simulation Power applications and ensure results of theapplications are in line with the site requirements. As well asperform tuning whenever required.
    • Support ADMSfunctionalities and application running and troubleshoot in case offailure.
    • Coordinate the defects resolution andwitnessing / inspection of work by the customer or hisrepresentative.
    • This role also includescoordination with the regional team and directly with customer toreport on activities progress andfollow-up.
    • Drive excellence in executionthrough continuous improvement via the adoption of global tools andprocesses and cost competitivenessactions.
